Internet privacy principles of Futura Solutions GmbH We are very pleased about your interest in our company, our products and our services and we want you to feel safe regarding the security of your personally identifiable information when visiting our website. We are taking data privacy very seriously. Adherence to the regulations of the German Federal data protection act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) is a matter of course. We would like you to know what data we are collecting and when exactly, and how we are handling it. Therefore we have adopted technical and organizational measures which make sure that the regulations of data privacy are heeded.  

1.      Personally identifiable information

‘Personally identifiable information’ is information relating to your identity, for example information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail-address. 2.      Intended purpose of personally identifiable information

3.      Automatically collected data while visiting our website

For organizational and technical reasons the following data will be recorded while visiting our online application: the name of visited websites, the browser type and system software you are using, the time and date of log-ins, employed search engines, names of downloaded files and your IP address. We evaluate this technical data anonymously and for statistical purposes only, in order to continuously optimize our online presence and to increase the attractiveness of our online offerings. This data will be stored in a secured system, separated from other personally identifiable information. Conclusions with regard to single persons will not be drawn.  

4.      Google-Analytics

This website is using Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics is using so-called ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer. Cookies enable the website to analyze the way you are using the site. Usually, the information produced by the cookie is transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the USA. In case IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the area of Member States of the European Union or in other countries which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On this website IP anonymization is activated. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing them with other services relating to website use and Internet usage.. The IP address transferred by your browser during the use of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. 5.      Cookies

This privacy policy does not apply to external links you may be using within the framework of our website. In case we are offering links, we assure you that there was no recognizable infringement against applicable law at the time of their placing. We do not have any influence, however, on the commitments other providers make towards data security and internet safety. 10.   Right to access information
